So the fish are still at our friend’s. We got the tank all set up yesterday with new gravel and bubbler and a bunch of stuff and we filled it with water and turned it on and it was awesome. So I cleaned up the filter’s motor and spent about 20 minutes washing off charcoal and that stuff and got it all set up and was all excited and plugged it in.
And the filter’s broke.
That thing is like 40 bucks. Bulls**t.
Did I forget to mention that I’m paying for ALL of this?
I’m about ready to quit right now. I’ve already said I’m not spending more than $100 on this thing. I wish I had *money*. I should probably be painting.
It definitely doesn’t help that I’m getting really tired of writing articles all day. It’s looking more and more like it’s not going to pay off, either.
